has been a great pleasure over

the years. I have participated

in many exhibitions, including

large group, small group and

solo shows. Ideas for paintings come

from several sources combined with liberal doses of the imagination. To me, a painting works if I think the subject can exist by itself when no one is looking. Life continues.

Generally, I paint in oil or alkyds on canvas or board, or in watercolours, acrylics or gouache on paper.
